GENERAL OVERVIEW
Products purchased directly from DJI Arizona may be returned within 15 calendar days of purchase or original shipment date. The merchandise must be unused, in its original package with all contents, not activated, and in resalable condition.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% depending on the condition the items arrives to our facility (all activated items will be assessed a 15% restocking fee with no exceptions). DEFECTIVE OVERVIEW
All defective products must be presented to DJI Arizona within 48 hours of picking up the unit or receiving shipment (per delivery confirmation from the carrier). Any defective items presented outside of the 48 hours of picking up the unit or receiving shipment (per delivery confirmation from the carrier) will automatically be declined and transitioned to the manufacturer, DJI.
RETURN SHIPPING
Your return will either be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx and should be insured for your protection. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless other arrangements have been made prior to returning the item. An RMA Form must accompany all returns with the RMA number provided to you. Limits Of Responsibility: We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not in a condition to resell them as a new product*.
These parts can be complex systems; failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for installation of products offered by DJI Arizona. The warranty does not cover, and DJI Arizona is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component. Innovative UAS is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from use of any equipment purchased at DJI Arizona. DJI Arizona does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as DJI Arizona does not manufacture or fabricate any of the products found herein.
ALTERATIONS/MODIFICATIONS
Any alterations or modifications will void the return policy and warranty of all items offered by DJI Arizona.
RETURN OF ENTERPRISE AND RONIN PRODUCTS
All Enterprise (Matrice, Inspire, Mavic, or Phantom) and Ronin products and accessories cannot be returned if activated; as the warranty is under the specific user. Once the unit has been activated the unit is now under your personal information. DJI Arizona will do it’s best to satisfy any concerns that may arise.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All custom products and builds cannot be returned for any reason. Custom builds will include a set deadline, however these deadlines are subject to change in the event our technicians run into any issues. Please contact us before purchasing a custom product or while inquiring about a custom build or product.
EXTENDED WARRANTIES
All extended warranty purchases (i.e. DJI Care Refresh, Osmo Shield, CPS Central Priority Services) are final sale and cannot be returned, as this is a service/virtual product. We will not make an exception to this rule.
CLEARANCE, OPEN BOX, & CONSIGNMENT RETURNS
All clearance, open box, and consignment items on their respective shop pages are final sale and cannot be returned. We will not make an exception to this policy.
GENERAL TERMS
Purchasing any item or service from DJI Arizona acknowledges that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions as well as our warranty, return, and replacement policy.
