Innovative UAS’s custom Remote Controller Range Extender ensures the pilot has strong communication between the remote and the drone. This system extends the range of your DJI Drone and ensures a solid connection when flying. Our trained staff will install this set up and maintain the OEM look as best as possible. By replacing the weak aluminum antenna wiring with high quality thicker shielded copper and silver wiring you can now fly with confidence and reduce video interference. 

After upgrading to any one of our 2.4GHz/5.8GHz antennae, your drone will be able to fly further distances and between non-dense objects such as bushes and trees; all while maintaining a consistent video connection.

The Remote Controller Range Extender is the customization of your remote controller by installing SMA adapters with thicker shielded copper and silver wiring. You have a variety of antenna options for your Remote Controller Range Extender; the 4Hawks line of directional antennas or a pair of upgraded omnidirectional antennas.

What will my range be?

This is a question we get all the time and we wish we could give you a definitive answer! Environmental interference plays the biggest role in determining your remote’s maximum range; however, you can typically expect a 1.5x-2x increase from your current remote controllers range.

Secondly, your remote’s antenna type will also effect it’s maximum range. We offer both directional and omnidirectional antennae for your Remote Control Range Extender. The 4Hawks XR & SR directional antenna offers a longer, more focused transmission for your remote’s signal. Though they transmit at a less extensive range, our 5dbi, 7dbi, and 12dbi omnidirectional antennae offer convenient operation transmitting over a wider, less directional, surface area.
